Scribe’s Cave Picture Prompt #29

This week’s Scribe’s Cave Picture Prompt is another two-fer. Feel free to use your word allotment to write about one, the other, or both.

There’s something about the words “Military” and “hospital” that, when put together, can conjure all sorts of imagery. But (un)luckily for you, the imagery is already provided.

Note from the Cave Mistress: I am adding one additional rule for this prompt. Do not use this as a space to offer opines–positive or negative–regarding any government entity or its decision-making regarding war and peace. Such will be removed. While people may or may not agree with military engagement, it is. And as such, we should respect those who fight for their country. Period. God forbid war breaks out on your front lawn–you’d want some of those folks defending you. Right. ‘Nuff said.

As a writer of flash, you should be familiar with the following expectations:

  • If your flash has adult content, be sure to indicate such so that we can warn our more tender-aged readers
  • Utilize the Submissions Page for your flash once it’s done or use the Linky below the image below
  • Submit by next Monday
